This site stores no jail roster, arrest report, court file, booking photograph, or mugshot gallery. It identifies offices and locators that may hold those materials. To confirm custody or request a record, contact CCDC, the responsible city jail or police agency, NDOC, the court, or another issuing office.
An arrest and booking photograph document an accusation. They do not establish guilt. Charges may be amended or dismissed, and every person is presumed innocent unless a court enters a conviction. Check the court's disposition rather than drawing a conclusion from an arrest entry.
