Terms of Service

Use of Clark County Recent Arrests means that you agree to these terms. If you do not accept them, do not access or use the service.

This is a privately owned reference with no government, sheriff, jail, court, or corrections affiliation. Neither this site nor its advertising partners offers a consumer report or an FCRA-covered service for credit, employment, insurance, or tenant screening. We are not private investigators or a consumer reporting agency.

Nature of the Service

This private service stores no official Clark County records. It cannot confirm custody, release a person, post bond, or file a request or court paper for a visitor.

Its purpose is to point visitors toward CCDC, municipal jail, court, Nevada SAVE, NDOC, federal, and records-request resources. Some pages also connect to outside research tools.

Acceptable Use Rules

  • Do not use the service in violation of any law.
  • Do not stalk, harass, threaten, or harm another person.
  • Do not use information for hiring, housing, lending, insurance, or another regulated decision.
  • Do not attempt access to accounts, code, servers, or data without authorization.
  • Do not operate bots, scrapers, or automated collection tools.
  • Do not interfere with access or operation for other visitors.

No Consumer Reports

We are not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. We provide no background check, credit report, or consumer report. Our advertising and search partners do not provide screening services through this site. You agree not to use any information obtained here for:

  • Hiring, firing, promotion, or other employment action.
  • Housing applications or tenant screening.
  • Creditworthiness, lending, or insurance premiums.
  • Licensing, permits, or government-benefit eligibility.
  • Any other purpose regulated by the FCRA.

External Resources

Links may lead to jail rosters, custody searches, police and corrections pages, court portals, legal resources, and commercial search providers. A link is not an endorsement. We do not control an outside site's content, availability, security, data handling, or terms. Review its policies before using it.

Service Provided As Is

The service and all material are provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranty that:

  • Information is accurate, complete, or current.
  • The site will be available without interruption.
  • Software is free from errors, defects, or security weaknesses.
  • An outside provider will return complete search results.

Custody status and public records change often. Nothing published here is an official statement from CCDC, LVMPD, a court, NDOC, or another public agency.

Liability Limits

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site and its operators are not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or other damages arising from access to, reliance on, or inability to use the service.

Your Duty to Indemnify

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold the site and its operators harmless from claims, losses, costs, and reasonable legal fees caused by your use of the service or breach of these terms.

Ownership and Permissions

Original text, graphics, logos, and code belong to Clark County Recent Arrests or the applicable content partner. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative material without written permission, except where law independently permits it.

Revisions to These Terms

We may revise these terms at any time. Changes become effective when the updated terms are posted on this page.

Access Restrictions

We may suspend, limit, or end access to the service at any time, for any reason, without advance notice.

Nevada Governing Law

Nevada law governs these terms without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute must be filed in a court with proper jurisdiction in Nevada.

Severability

If a court finds one provision invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. The affected provision will be limited or adjusted only as much as needed to make it enforceable.
